Green card holders are guests in our country. That is a revokable privilege. It makes sense that his activities should lead to such revocation.

Not only should Khalil be deported, Columbia should lose the right to admit ANY foreign student or faculty member for a period of 5 years.

He’s not American so he doesn’t have a 1st amendment and it’s against federal law to support a terrorist organization. He could go to Guantanamo Bay. So he’s lucky.

Two issues:

(1) This is only an interesting question if the behavior was just speech: ignoring the harassment, the conspiring with terrorists, and other unquestionable crimes. But why should we ignore them?

(2) You have cited cases involving visa-holders. This creep is a green-card holder, a resident alien, which may put him in a different category. If I had to put down a bet, I would bet he goes, but it isn’t a dead cert.

Reminding people that we were once a nation of laws is a good thing and calling a terrorist a journalist is a lie.

Mahmoud Khalil is Hamas. He was aware of the Hamas attack plan before it happened. Get him the fuck out of here or send him to Gitmo. Get them all out of here and I wish Trump could deport our homegrown as well.

This is not protest, per that link.

The government will cite every bit of evidence (it's not double jeopardy) like this.

I disagree with FIRE on this issue. But the courts will have to decide.
